SUSTAINABILITY

We choose each material with the intention and care to produce a responsibly made product

When sourcing for our designs, we prioritize cruelty-free, ecologically certified, recycled, and biodegradable fibers.

We print carefully selected textiles with eco-friendly water-based dyes. Digital printing reduces wastewater because the fabric doesn’t need as many wash/rinse cycles, and there are no screens or colorant baths that require cleaning.

OLIVE LEATHER

Olive leather is a vegan leather made from an innovative material derived from olive oil byproducts. It offers a sustainable alternative to traditional leather, utilizing waste material from the olive oil industry to create a durable and environmentally friendly fabric. This leather is known for its softness, flexibility, and leather-like texture, making it suitable for various fashion and accessory applications. This innovative material helps reduce waste and environmental impact while offering a cruelty-free option for those seeking ethical fashion choices.

SEAWEED

This innovative material is known for its eco-friendly properties and its ability to provide numerous benefits for both the wearer and the environment. Seaweed is a renewable resource that grows abundantly in oceans around the world, and its cultivation requires no land, water, or fertilizers.

SeaCellTM fabric is known for its softness, breathability, and moisture-wicking properties, making it comfortable to wear in a variety of climates. Additionally, SeaCellTM is said to have antioxidant and skin-nourishing properties, as the seaweed contains vitamins, minerals, and other beneficial substances that can be released through contact with the skin. Overall, SeaCellTM is a sustainable and innovative material that offers both environmental and health benefits, making it a popular choice for eco-conscious consumers.

LYOCELL

Lyocell is a type of cellulose fiber made from wood pulp, typically sourced from eucalyptus trees or other sustainably managed forests. One of the key advantages of lyocell is its eco-friendliness. The production process uses a closed-loop system, meaning that the solvent used to dissolve the wood pulp is recycled and reused, resulting in minimal waste and environmental impact. Additionally, the raw material, wood pulp, comes from renewable sources, and the production process requires less water and energy compared to other types of fibers like cotton. Textiles made with lyocell are known for their softness, smoothness, and breathability and they offer a sustainable and versatile option for fashion combining comfort, style, and environmental responsibility.

RECYCLED TEXTILES MADE WITH PLASTICBOTTLES

Recycled textiles made with plastic bottles are innovative materials produced by transforming post-consumer plastic bottles into fabric. Through a process of collection, sorting, cleaning, melting, and extrusion, the plastic bottles are converted into polyester fibers. This sustainable approach to textile production helps to mitigate environmental pollution by repurposing plastic waste that would otherwise end up in landfills or oceans. By utilizing recycled plastic bottles, these textiles contribute to the reduction of resource consumption, energy usage, and carbon emissions associated with traditional textile manufacturing processes. Additionally, they offer a versatile and durable alternative to conventional fabrics, promoting a circular economy and supporting the transition towards a more sustainable and eco-friendly fashion industry.

PINEAPPLE LEATHER

Pineapple leather, also known as Piñatex®, is a groundbreaking natural textile crafted from pineapple leaf fiber. Sourced as a by-product of existing agriculture, this innovative material not only minimizes waste but also generates additional income for farming communities. After extracting the fiber from the leaves, the remaining biomass is repurposed as natural fertilizer or biofuel, further enhancing its sustainability.

Piñatex® represents a sustainable alternative to both mass-produced leather and environmentally harmful synthetic materials. By opting for Piñatex®, consumers contribute to a better future by supporting ethical and eco-friendly practices in the fashion industry.
